I would like to welcome you to our website on behalf of the governing body, staff and children of Glynwood Community Primary School. As Headteacher, I am very proud of our school and it’s many achievements. Our most recent Ofsted inspection report highlighted our many achievements and described the school as ‘a good school with outstanding features where there is a high morale and an excellent team spirit’.

Solar Panels
You may have noticed that we have recently had solar panels installed. Over the last month, they have generated enough energy to run 20 computers for 4 weeks.

Congratulations Mr & Mrs Handy
Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Handy on the safe arrival of their second son this morning! He weighed in at 7 lbs 11 oz, mother and baby are doing well.

Bikers Breakfast
Our next Bike It Bikers Breakfast will be next Tuesday (31st March).
Any pupil or parent/carer who cycles to school will be able to have a free breakfast between 8 & 9am. There will be a prize for the best dressed bike, so "bling" your bike with anything you can find at home. There will be competitions taking place during breakfast, and we will also be selling locks for £2.50 & lights for £3.
We hope you can join us.
