We have been very busy in Nursery and Reception this half term starting to create a new garden area. This has been inspired by our topic on Healthy Eating and in particular by the character in the story book "Oliver`s Vegetables".
The children have so far planted onions and have written lists of the vegetables and fruit they would like to grow in the future. They have loved getting their hands dirty and many are becoming very green fingered.
The children also very much enjoyed making and eating delicious and colourful fruit salad!
